Daan

Daan is a tall, 29-year-old Amsterdammer with plenty of energy, a great sense of humour and a slightly edgy side. He regularly works on film sets, performs frequently and is also busy building his own start-up. Sitting still simply isn’t his style.

He loves film and culture, but can just as easily talk for hours about music, sports, politics or whatever is happening in the world. Daan is curious, genuinely interested in others and always up for a good conversation, especially with someone who isn’t afraid to challenge him a little.

A long lunch, visiting an exhibition together, going to a festival, doing something active or spontaneously ending up somewhere neither of you has ever been before: that is when he is in his element. He enjoys getting to know someone properly and has no interest in rehearsed interactions. Just openness, directness and plenty of humour.

Daan has a natural sense of what someone needs, but he is equally comfortable taking the initiative. Sweet when the moment calls for it, and a little cheeky when that makes things more exciting. No smooth sales pitch: just genuine attention, infectious energy and an encounter you won’t soon forget.

He is at his best when heading out on an adventure together: enjoying dinner, attending an event, festival or museum, doing something sporty or discovering a new place. That is where his strength lies: drawing you into the experience, making you feel completely at ease and allowing the chemistry to build naturally. And where the evening eventually ends?
